Creating the goals for this change was challenging, as I am so new within the tech leadership field, however I feel like the direction I want to move in is a good one. I may need some help in identifying SPECIFIC goals, or steps, but with a team of educators with similar goals, I believe my direction is meaningful, and possible with the right supports, and rallying the herd in the right way.
