CIPA / COPPA explanation page
The student device repair process has students taking responsibility to seek out assistance in maintaining the functionality of their MacBook.
At NSHS students begin the process by filling out the link https:/bit.ly/NSRepairHelp to let the Technology Team know there is an issue with their device. Then students need to bring their device to the library during the lunch period to get assistance. Completing the link also provides students a time stamped email receipt indicating that they have started the assistance process.
Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours of the receipt of the device, with some problems resolved while you wait.
Broken or damaged devices will require a visit with Dr. Turner before a replacement can be issued.
Students must present their ID to collect their device.
