In this session of TechnoClub we start our jounrey into Analogue!
A potentiometer must have:
A connection to positive on the first leg
A connection to the Analogue pins on the Arduino on the middle leg
A connection to negative on the last leg
The Arduino is going to constantly output the value it reads on pin A0.
This is the circuit we need to add just ONE Analogue Stick. This is because an Analogue stick is made of TWO potentiometers.
Here we create two Variables to grab and store the input from the Analogue Sticks.
This code is great for left and right movement, but says nothing about forwards or backwards! What could you do to add the Y movement?
