I'm Tessina, an AI Researcher & Senior Technical Writer.

I'm an AI professional with a background in project management, communications, finance, and analytics.

As a PhD Researcher at GCAS Dublin, I study the [un]ethical implementation of AI and the growing misalignment problem. I'm especially interested in the socio-economic impact of AI on women and marginalized groups.

Before working as a Content PM at GenAI, I served as the company's Content Analyst, which involved conducting UX research, writing UX copy, and producing technical documentation.

Before working for this startup, I spent over a year as an AI contractor on Google's Project Magi. While on the team, I helped train the Gemini LLM and AI Overview models across various roles, including SME, content moderator, and QA.
