Cancellations & Refunds: Booked appointments must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time and a refund of the entire $95 Tech On-Demand Fee will be issued. Appointments cancelled within an hour of the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded the $45 Truck Roll Fee portion of the $95 Tech On-Demand Fee.
