Service Policy 1: Limited Liabilities
BRLI LLC & TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Site Safety
TechLogic Smart Solutions is committed to upholding high safety standards for our field representatives and our customers.
Our policy requires all field representatives to comply with any & all applicable jobsite safety protocols. This includes:
Wearing shoe covers (in residences) & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at every jobsite
Abiding by federal and local illness mitigation ordinances (such as wearing a face-covering & social distancing)
Requiring the presence of an authorized adult representative onsite throughout the duration of the appointment
Requiring all pets be restrained or otherwise secured during the appointment.
Service Policy 2: Labor, Product, & Service Warranties
TechLogic Smart Solutions takes a great deal of pride in our workmanship.
If any problems arise (not customer-caused) resulting from our labor, products, or services, we'll return free of charge within 10 days from the Service Date to troubleshoot & repair. After 10 days, our standard trouble-call fee of $95 ($45 Truck Roll Fee + $50 1-Hour Labor) will apply.

Customers must provide a description of the problem, any troubleshooting steps already performed, and agree to perform any additional necessary troubleshooting steps before a return visit will be scheduled.
We also provide a 10-day money-back guarantee on all products we carry - Any Tech On-Demand and/or Additional Labor Fees are non-refundable.
Returned products must be collected by an authorized TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC Representative before a refund can be issued.
Repair charges will apply outside of the 10-day post-job window or if it is determined by our technician that the issue was not a result of our work.
Service Policy 3: Damages & Complaint Reporting & Investigation
BRLI LLC & TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC consider our customers' property with a great deal of respect and care. If damages to customer property occur as a result of our representatives' actions or a product we've installed, TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC will need to investigate before further action can be considered. Please file a damage claim by calling (480) 528-2733 or email damages@techlogicsmart.com and include "Damage Claim" and the project property address in the subject line. We'll investigate on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee any financial reimbursement, nor are we responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions, or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions.
Our technicians are required to notate any pre-existing damages or conditions within the TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC - Standard Service Agreement. If claimed damages were notated as pre-existing damages or conditions within the Standard Service Agreement, prior to customer signature of the Standard Service Agreement, by signing the Standard Service Agreement, the customer attests that the notated damages were not the result of TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC representatives' actions, our products, and/or our services, and therefore release BRLI LLC & TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC from any liability or responsibility to repair, replace, or reimburse any amount for said notated pre-existing damages or conditions.
BRLI LLC & TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC pride ourselves on ensuring our customers are extremely satisfied. We need to know if our representatives are exemplifying that fact. Service Policy 4: Order Cancellations & Refunds
Tech On-Demand (Standard) - $95
Booked appointments must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time and a refund of the entire $95 Tech On-Demand (Standard) Fee will be issued. Appointments cancelled within an hour of the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded the $45 Truck Roll Fee portion of the $95 Tech On-Demand (Standard) Fee.
Tech On-Demand (Distance) - $175
Booked appointments must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time and a refund of the entire $175 Tech On-Demand (Distance) Fee will be issued. Appointments cancelled within an hour of the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded the $125 Truck Roll Fee portion of the $175 Tech On-Demand (Distance) Fee.

Your payment receipt email from TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC and Stripe, will contain a "Refund" link which you can follow to request a refund.

TechLogic Smart Solutions LLC charges a fee anytime an appointment is initiated for services, installations, and/or diagnostics. These fees cover the costs of fuel, vehicle wear & tear, & driver compensation. These fees also include 1 Hour of Labor to be utilized by the technician to survey & estimate final customer costs.
Customers will be asked to pay the Tech On-Demand Fee upon checkout, the amount of which is figured based on customer proximity to our office. These amounts are assessed as either:
In-Market ($95) - customer's project property is located within 30 miles of downtown Sterling Heights, MI (48312), OR;
Out-Of-Market (OOM) ($175) - Customer's project property is located between 31 miles and 120 miles away from downtown Sterling Heights, MI (48312).
Please Note:
Upon customer acceptance of the technician's On-Site Estimate, these charges will be rolled into the total.
Upon customer declination of the technician's On-Site Estimate, the 1 Hour of Labor included within the Tech On-Demand Fee, in the amount of $50 is refundable. The remainder of the Tech On-Demand Fee is Non-Refundable.
