Rippowam media specialist honored with educator awardSTAMFORD - As the roles of libraries evolve in society, so does the responsibilities of their staff. Ellie Kousidis, a library media specialist at Rippowam Middle School, is doing more than helping students find books. She's helping them find new ways to learn through technology. Kousidis was recently recognized for her work with the 2018 Stamford Public Education Foundation award at the organization's Excellence in Education Awards Celebration. Kousidis was among 19 Stamford educators nominated by their parent-teacher organization.
