RACI stands for responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed.
Responsible (R): This position is in charge of doing the job on hand. They are those who do it.
Accountable (A): This position is finally responsible for checking the job done correctly and correctly. However, they cannot escape from the accountability for the tasks they delegate to others (the Responsible).
Consulted (C): This function means that denied people or groups who are responsible for the job. Generally, they are the subject matter experts and the stakeholders who contribute valuable opinions to aid in the completion of the task.
Informed (I): It is a role for those who need to be provided with the information regarding the progress or result of the task, but are not directly associated with the implementation of it.
