About the Team:

Are you looking to solve high user impact and core engineering focused problems? If yes, then you’re the right fit for workspace teams which envisions itself to make workspace as the go-to tool for every developer in the world to collaborate on APIs. This team is responsible for building workspace as a platform which will allow users to:

design, build, develop, test and consumer APIs across workspaces.
enable seamless collaboration across producers & consumers of the APIs
create highly secure, available, performant & rich product experience.

The developers in this team solve complex problems like designing new systems from scratch which can handle millions of TPS, owning design & implementation of new features from UX to launch, debugging and root causing & fixing issues in production systems. Some of the cool things you would be work upon include workspace life-cycle management with access control, on-boarding user effectively to workspaces via templates, scaling workspaces to enterprise organizations etc.

What you'll be doing:

Contribute to the development of products while working with team of other Developers, EMs, Product Managers, Designers and Platform Engineers.
Quickly build small features with high impact to users, own & deliver it end-to-end.
Perform code/design reviews and debug production issues.
Fix bugs, improve performance of existing APIs, address tech debts to constantly improve our system and raise the bar on quality on ongoing basis.
Own and execute end-to-end initiatives.

About You:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2023 and May 2024 at time of application.
Knowledge of the syntax of languages such as Javascript, node.js or any other back-end technologies.
Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, complexity analysis and web fundamentals.

What is the role of an intern?

Responsibility:

Business/ Customer:

Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.

Understands Domain Process/sub process, functions, terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).

For PV/Complaints Management Individuals in this role perform data entry of data received from Source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database While peroforming this activity the associate is responsible for meeting turnaround times and accuracy.

CODING:

(same as SPE)

Perform coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.

Import uncoded terms in database and export coded medical terms from coding platform.

Query Management.

Create “New Term Request” and prioritize.

Perform Dictionary upversioning activity as and when required.

CDM:

Limited to study conduct activities.

Data review and Query management is done with assistance.

Limited email conversations with Client.

Every activity requires Peer QC by supervisor or allocated seniors.

NO INVOLVEMENT in Set Up and Migration activities.

Limited involvement of data pad locking activities during timelines of DataBase locks.

Project / Process:

Handles First level processing of assigned transactions, Complex problems (procedures/processes) are referred to Supervisor/Line Manager.

Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).

Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.

Knowledge Management:

Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOP's) to interpret the documents & related terminologies.

People/Team Management:
