CofQ is mandatory in compulsory trades  (i.e. transportation, hairstylist, electrician, etc.)

CofQ is optional in non-compulsory trades (i.e. carpenter, cook, baker-patissier, arborist, etc.)

*If you do not have a certificate of qualification, please upload one of the following:

• A scan or picture of your related Diploma or Degree issued to you

• A copy of your related Transcript

• A statement such as "CofQ not required - related transcript provided" 

• If your CofQ is in process due to writing a Challenge Exam, please provide the related documentation and the scheduled writing date

• For other reasons, please provide a short statement to upload
