To manage your Home Depot account online, go to homedepot.com/mycard and simply log in to your account dashboard where you can update information, view orders, and manage your preferences.
The page will redirect to the Citi Bank login portal.
Enter your User ID and Password, then click "Sign On".
If you’re a new user, click “Register Your Card”, enter your 16-digit card number and ZIP code, and create login details.
After logging in, you’ll see your account overview including balance, available credit, due date, and past payments.
To make a payment, click on “Payments”, add your bank account info, select the amount, and submit your payment.
You can also set up AutoPay for recurring payments.
Click on “Statements” or “Transactions” to see recent charges or download past bills.
Go to your profile settings to update your contact info or turn on alerts for due dates and activity.
If you have more than one Home Depot card (like Project Loan), you can manage them from the same portal.
If you forget your login, click “Forgot User ID or Password” and follow the steps to reset.
If the site doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
You can also use the Citi Mobile App for easier access on your phone.
