This is a really frustrating tech mistake that MANY people make. In this video, I explain the difference between REPLY and REPLY ALL, when we should use each of these, and where to access them. I even show you how to toggle between the two in case you pressed the wrong one (and there are tons of emails there that you don't want to manually remove or add).
