We have received notice that iPad updates have recently been pushed out. In some cases, this is causing internet access to be stalled.

Here are some troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue.

  1. Check to see what the iOS version the iPad is on (It should be the current version 16.1).

    • How do I check? Tap Settings > General > Software Update and you should see the software version underneath or an option to UPDATE.

This should fix the issue.

In some situations, like mine - I am currently updated on my iPad. You may also need to reset the Network Settings on your device (settings>general>reset>Reset Network Settings)

You can always call the Technology hotline 843-398-6200 for additional support.

Is your iPad updated to the latest iOS? Sometimes this can keep other apps from working properly. Check General--Software Update. It should say your iPad is up-to-date or ask that you update to the latest iOS.

Not connecting to the internet? Locate the RelaySmartAgent App. If the app is greyed out, do a long press until the pop up menu appears. Click off of the app and then long press again. The option to "cancel download" should now be available. You may have to do a hard reset if the device does not automatically connect to the internet.

Having trouble finding an app that should be in self-serve? Do a hard reset. Once your device is back on, try to locate the app again in self-serve and install.

or Maybe an app won't load or open? Do a hard reset and wait for all of your apps to load. Reinstall the necessary app and try to access the app on your ipad.
