Paper Submission Instructions
All papers accepted for TECH-2020 and presented will be published in AI Communications (AIC) Journal, IOS Press, (Impact 0.7), in 2 dedicated special issues, to appear after August 2020. https://www.iospress.nl/journal/ai-communications/

We consider papers of flexible length, around 8 to 16 pages. Papers may include original research articles, or literature review survey papers, or shorter preliminary work-in-progress papers.
- Regular papers should clearly describe innovative and original research.
- Literature review or survey papers should report on a research topic in the field, or explain how existing techniques have been applied to a real-world case.
- Short papers should describe novel and promising ideas and/or techniques that are in an early stage of development.
Manuscripts must be prepared with the template provided on the AI Communications (AIC) website: https://vtex-soft.github.io/texsupport.iospress-aic/.
Papers submitted to TECH-2020 must describe original research results and must not have been published or simultaneously submitted anywhere else. Each paper will receive a minimum of three reviews by members of the international technical program committee. Papers will be selected based on their originality, relevance, technical clarity and quality of presentation. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the TECH-2020 and present the paper.
