How has Communication helped me in PE?

Communication has helped me in many ways, in school and out of it. Some examples would be wining games through effective communication between my teams mates and me, Making games plans and strategies with my teams mates and using Communication to out those plans into action. Like one time when I was playing a football game against some of my class mates and another class, one of the other classes was in my team and we said for someone( Me ) to run up the left side and kick it into the goal, through communication we use that and turned it into reality. We ended up wining that game by one before the period ended.

How did Communication help me in other areas of my life (outside of PE lessons)?

Well the main sport I play is hockey, and I also play a bit of Volleyball in my spare time, which both require Good communication with your teams mates. With hockey, communication is key to scoring goals if it is passing or marking your opponents and telling your teams mates on who to mark so that the person who is taking the ball has no one to pass to therefore blocking that person off. But with volleyball it's a whole different story, you yell out on who tries to hit the ball back onto the opponents side or bouncing it up so that one of your team mates can hit it hard onto the opponents side. And with Volleyball You Pretty much just use communication to score as many goals as possible, some examples are Then a opponent hits the ball to our side and I hit it up and one of my teams mates yells "set!" which is the call that says get ready to spike it really hard and no one get in my way.
