2. We have very high standards each of us are required to meet every day.  A few of our minimum standards include...

a. We operate a drug free environment.  All Team Members must pass a drug test.

b. We have very clear image standards that must be met at all times (see link below to review in detail).

c. No smoking in uniform, on the clock, or on the premises.

d. All employees must be on time for their scheduled shifts... always.  This is not only good for the business, but respectful to your fellow team members.

Prior to being hired, all employees receive a full policy guide to help them understand our standards in more detail.
