As a new foreigner in Singapore, currently

I have to wait for at least 2 weeks in order to manually set up a DBS bank account online due to the long online verification process, I could also create the account in person, however queues in the bank are long.

How might we introduce a new account creation process to reduce bank and ops processing time, thus reducing customer account creation time.

As a user creating my profile with DBS

I want to be able save my progress

so that I can continue on my application at a later time.

As a user in the passport, utility bill and pass verification page

I want to be able to scan my documents

so that I do not need to manually key in my details. 

As a user in the passport verification page 

I want to be able to scan my passport NFC 

so that I can authenticate my passport. 

As a user in the facial verification page 

I want to be able to scan my face

so that I can verify my identity.
