Forming

Picking our groups
Getting to meet eachother, talking for a bit
Make a clear agenda to follow
Make sure to have a safe and fun environment to work in

Storming

Making plans to how we're going to work
Assign roles to each member in the group
Make sure to resolve any conflicts within the group to make sure it's a positive space to work in
Be open to everyone's ideas

Norming

Set regular meeting times, preferably weekly
A channel for each team member to communicate effectively
Creating an atmosphere where every team member feels included and valued
Bonding with each other outside of our scheduled meeting times

Performing

Work effectively on all group projects
Keep up with schedule
Check up on each other's work and progress
Cover for each other's strengths and weaknesses

Adjourning

Submit all assignments on time and communicate when done
Conclude the final projects and end on a good note
Celebrate the completion of assignments
Be proud of the work done as a group
