Short-term: Do well on all Compass final projects and ensure that every team member gains the experience of working effectively in a team.

Long-term: Use the knowledge gained from working together in this class to graduate from Kelly and apply our expertise to the real world. 

Short-term: Graduate with a Kelley degree with as high as a GPA as possible and build a strong network with other students and people at Indiana University

Long- term: Work as a investment banker at Goldman Sachs and try and start up a private equity firm with a partner or start a non-profit to help students in poverty get the best education. 

Short-term: Get an internship in finance and start building the technical skills needed for a finance major. Building experience while at IU and getting into workshops.

Long-term: I want to break into finance and start getting real-world experience. I also want to branch off and start my own business, do many side projects, and get diverse revenue streams.

Short-term: Have some interenships with comapines to help my networking my sophmore year and junior year. Graduate with a degree from kelley in Professional sales and marketing with ah high GPA to give myself the best job oppertunity when I ge tout of school. 

Long-term: I want to get high up in a sales company and be enjoying what I am doing or I want to start my own comapny and build my way up to having a big comapny, eventually sell that comapny for a lot of money.

Short-term: Join student organizations at IU to network with peers and professionals while developing leadership skills. Gain finance-related experience through internships and academic workshops.

Long-term: Pursue a career in corporate finance or investment banking. Eventually, leverage my expertise to launch my own business and explore opportunities to invest in and mentor other startups.

Short-term: Having work finished beforehand. Keeping GPA as close to a 4.0 as possible. Networking with professionals. Gaining experience.

Long-term: Pursue a career in Finance or Consulting. Start my own business, and create various sources of income.
