The Gblaze prototype was created to lessen the production of air pollution. Charcoal, sulfur fuel carbon, barium, and a perchlorate oxidizer are often used to make traditional fireworks. They pollute because they produce a lot of smoke and metal byproducts. Our new firecracker is backed by research from CSIR-NEERI, which claims that shrinking the shell, doing away with ash, using less toxic materials, and using additives dust suppressants may all lower SO2 and NO2 emissions, which in turn lowers PM. Since our product burns clean-burning fuel with a nitrogen base, it functions.
Desirability
Our product is highly desirable because the ban on firecrackers makes it difficult for people to enjoy the festival and become frustrated, and the culture and values of the festival are difficult to embody. So the people in India are now very eager to have an alternative to traditional firecrackers and are easily attracted to our product. Because our products are environmentally friendly without compromising the festive atmosphere.
Feasibility
Firstly, we don't only have technical talents in design, R&D and production, but also have personnel who are good at operation, sales and promotion. Second, there are local and governmental support as well as availability of eco-friendly materials for making firecrackers which makes it technically feasible. Lastly, we intend to seek partnerships with relevant businesses and local banks to obtain financial support to make this economically feasible.
Viability
Since Diwali is the festival of lights, there will be a greater demand for green crackers during this period. We will promote and sell them a month before the festival so that the first sale of green crackers will be a good success. In addition, we will apply for patents on our technology to reduce our competitors. Moreover, the sound and intensity of green crackers are controllable, so there won't be trouble getting approved by government.
Introducing G-blaze, your eco-friendly firecrackers
In the picture above, we include a picture of the digital appearance of G-blaze. G-blaze will be in the form of a cylindrical tube made of thick cardboard that serves as a container for the contents of the explosive materials, such as potassium nitrate, aluminum powder, aluminum chips, and additives which can reduce PM 10 and PM 2.5 (PM stands for “particulate matter", many health organizations categorize particulate matter by size because different size particles have different health effects) to 30% as short term target. Therefore, people in India can use firecrackers without worrying about the excessive impact on environmental health because the materials we use are safe for the environment and help reduce air pollution. Also, in terms of shape, we decided to make the G-blaze like a dynamite-shaped firecracker in general, so that people can use the firecrackers easily, by simply lighting the wick of the fire by giving a spark connected to the end of the firecracker tube.
