I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, and Certified Trauma Coach serving the State of North Carolina.  As a professional, I have over 25 years of collective experience working as a therapist, family & educational consultant, change strategist, crisis manager, and integrated health specialist. 

 I am rooted in compassion and a steward of strategies that foster growth and new perspectives beneficial to individuals, families, communities and businesses. I personally view emotional wellness as a movement. If you are feeling stuck in any life situation or things seems out of balance, I can offer affordable, high quality and effective counseling.
