Meeting -12/12/2020

• Introduced project to mentor and wanted comments on what we can improve on with the design we had. 

Meeting - 01/27/2021

• Asked questions the team had with the Final Sketch and Prototyping phases. 

• We decided to consider different types of sensors for less power consumption and lower cost.

• A suggestion for a new sensor was made which would replace the thermopile we initially had in mind- LDR Photo Resistor

• We were referred to the mobile app "Phyphox" which is used to collect data concerning acoustics and sensors.

• LM3915 VU Meter for power indication (specific for a series of LEDs.

• we need more info on batteries*

Meeting - 03/6/2021

• We asked about what circuit type we should choose

• We tested resistors to see which would be the best fit for the type of sensor and power output

• We started focusing on fixing a layout in which the circuit board and other components would fit nicely with eachother
