What is Team Manatee?
The California Coastal Aquariums and one of its members, Gibson, usually create the videos that are produced by the Bronxtin Studos film company(Team Manatee is inside Bronxtin Studos). Lalzo, a devoted former member of the happy willow foundation, founded it. It was later made popular (by Lalzo and Nick in 2022) after the production of the film "Lalzo and Gelin." After the aquarium 115pet's Informal Zoo split from AnimalCouncil and changed its name to the California Coastal Aquariums, it gained even more popularity. It produced many movies under Bronxtin Studos and ten under AnimalCouncil. View the nature-related Bronxtin Studos movies below, either made by Rob or directed by Gibson.
The Life of a Storm
First Film
The first Bronxtin Studos film "The Life of a Storm" ("A Storm's Life). It's 12 minutes, the longest in the history of the ccag. Do you remember the old AnimalCouncil film with the cactus and phone thing? Well, you'll never see it again, because there is a new Team Manatee intro!
There is a part 1, 2 and 3.
Part 1 is where we visit the Reservoir Lands at Glen Park and Fort Baker to film to a song called "World of Sunshine" by (yes, you know) The Jackson 5 song. It's an intro taken before the storms and the song was from their Skywriter album.
Part 2 is a series of all new and no double clip timelapses from Feb 11 to Feb 26 featuring the life of a storm. Most of the songs were taken from the Skywriter album, with an exception of two.
Part 3 is a song called "Call of the Wild" (not the book) by the Jackson 5 on their Moving Violations album. It was their last album on Motown (and as the "Jackson 5", which symbolizes the AC and IZ situation. Clips from the "California's Diverse Ecosystems" AC film (which was never published) are included.

Sky Nature
Second Film
Yesterday, a new Bronxtin Studos film called “Sky Nature“ came out. Part 1 featured SF's fleet week form 2017, taken by Rob in 2017. As I was looking at my iPad photos, I came across many videos I took when I liked jets in First Grade. I used footage of the Patriots Jet Team and Blue Angels here. The songs, both by Michael Jackson, are Skywriter, and Human Nature. The second part features clips taken in Half Moon Bay.
A sequel, Skynature 2, was going to be on October 9, featuring the SF fleetweek 2023, which happened early october. But fog obscured the show and the film was cancelled.
Many people do not know that Rob’s sister Blob narrates in films. She helped with the “Life of The Storm,” and the renovation video which is on this website. She has great public speaking skills

Goin Places
Since nobody is taking care of animals at the CCAG, the snails and crabs will spend the Spring Break up North in Sonoma for a while. If they stayed at the CCAG, they might die, so we thought it's worth it to be crammed in a jar for three days. They got fed and proper care.
The first trip that the CCAG go on in 3 years was a great opportunity to film a new TM film "Goin Places." Based on the Jackson's "Goin Places" from 1977, this new film will feature the clips in Sonoma. At the end of Spring Break is it's release!

The Brown Plains and the Gray Mountains
Second film by Gibson (first one belongs to the AC)
Will You Be There
This is the latest Team Manatee film from July 4, 2023. It features all the timelapses of clouds from January until now. The music is the song "Will You Be There" by Michael Jackson
Intertidal Crabs
"Intertidal crabs" is a film released on July 20 2023. It was filmed at the CCAG in the crabs's habitat. This film was filmed in a separate tank because the Eberhart Tank was filled with too much water.
Loving You/Childhood
After the release of the controversial film "Pursuit the MJ Collection (abridged)," the CCAG made a film that includes a portion of Michael Jackson's "Childhood." It features clips of Rob's friend group when there wasn't anything happening.
The rest of the film is based off of MJ's "Loving You," which was originally recorded during the Bad recording sessions. His Bad album was released August 31, 1987. "Loving You" was released more than 26 years later, in the posthumous 2014 album "Xscape."
This film features clouds forming and dissipating. Filmed in San Francisco and Monterey California from August 10, 2023, to September 2, 2023.
For All Time
Featuring an unreleased song from Thriller, this film also includes the first 4K footage of crabs at the CCAG. The 4K clips were filmed on September 6. It was released on September 6, 2023, and was completed in about an hour.
Destiny 2
The sequel to the AC film Destiny. Includes car driving timelapses, and a longer version of the song Destiny. It was released october 23, 2023, which was the exact day Destiny the AC film came out.
Humid Nature
A short film including two parts of humidity, rain and fog. It is the first film we made without an intro
Morning Glow 2
Smile
Dedicated to Lazlo sin, this is the sequel to Morning Glow 1, which was filmed last November. However, the song "Morning Glow" is not used; but instead another song "All The Things You Are" is used. It was released on November 25, 2023, which is the same date of founding Bronxtin Studos member Lazlo's 14th birthday. The CCAG and Team Manatee plan to repeat some of our most successful films of last year and early this year including "Push Me Away" and "Happy."
The first 2024 film "Smile" is the first film that was taken entirely with drone footage from the drone "Happy Craft 2". The film is a major change in how videos were taken at the CCAG - there has been less demand for timelapse footage, and more demand for drone footage.
Reflections 2
This film, released on Feburary 11, 2024, marks the anniversary the last film the ccag did with AnimalCouncil. The film includes a mix of the first drone and timelapse footage of 2024. The song is When The Rain Begins To Fall
Place with no name
April 13, 2023 - This new film includes clips of drone footage taken from Calistoga, CA and Napa, CA. The film "Goin Places" was also filmed in Calistoga, but was filmed a year ago without drone footage.
