Community Health Plan

Our framework gives emphasis on the importance of convergence to achieve our vision of creating a model community towards health. 

In the middle of the cycle is the connection circle which shows the interconnectedness of the various stakeholders, namely, the community people, the Local Government Unit of Ipil and Maasin, external stakeholders to include NGAs, NGOs, CSO, and private institutions, and the Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine.

The framework also shows the vital role that each stakeholder plays in every stage of the cycle and how each one contributes to the other.

Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine will serve as the conduit in ensuring that all stakeholders will commit to planting their seed and to help in the achievement of our vision.
