Team Beta is an FRC robotics team at Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury CT. We are a local team that hopes to help educate students in technology and engineering while also preparing them with skills that they will need for the future. We were created 11 years ago and are still participating in FIRST competitions. We participate in community outreach by helping out in our local communities of Woodbury and Bethlehem. We create our robot from scratch every year and constantly debate about what idea we will use for the mechanism. We aspire to embrace the qualities that FIRST exemplifies and honors. We are hopeful every year when competing and hope to enjoy the year's challenge.
