Poster presentation guideline

Poster presentations must be conducted in English.
Please provide the name(s) and affiliation(s) of all presenter(s) when submitting your application.
Posters must be prepared in A0 size (portrait recommended).
Please submit an abstract (200–250 words, in English).
Abstract submission is required. / ポスター抄録の事前提出が必要です。

⚠️ There are two separate procedures:
(1) Poster presentation submission and
(2) Conference registration.
Please make sure to complete both.

⚠️ This form is for poster presentations only. Please do not use it for symposium proposals.

Deadline: August 31, 2026 (Firm deadline; no extension)

Presenters may explain and discuss their posters in Japanese or English. However, the poster itself must be written in English.

Please prepare your poster in A0 size.

Poster boards will be provided by the conference.

Presenters are expected to display their posters throughout the designated session and engage in discussion with participants.

No session chair will be assigned.

Presenters must be present at their posters during the designated core time (approximately 45 minutes).

Please mount your poster before 2:15 p.m. on the day of the poster session.

After the poster session ends at 6:00 p.m., please remove your poster promptly.
