The language of the presentation may be either in English or Japanese.
You may use up to 90 minutes for your symposium.
You must run the symposium independently
You will be asked to submit:
Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the presenter(s)
Title of the presentation
Summary of the presentation (max 150 words in English or 400 characters in Japanese. A Japanese-only summary is acceptable.)
If your presentation is in Japanese, the title must be provided in both English and Japanese.

The language of the presentation may be either in English or Japanese.
The organizer is responsible for selecting the participants (such as moderators, presenters, designated discussants, and facilitators). Research presentations and discussions will be conducted in a symposium format.
The venue can accommodate approximately 30 participants.
As a general rule, both organizers and presenters are expected to attend and present on-site. However, if attending in person is difficult for unavoidable reasons, presentations and discussions may be conducted online.
Venue staff will provide assistance with the use of facilities, but operation of projectors, Zoom, and other devices must be handled by the presenters themselves.
Photocopy machines are not available, and staff cannot make copies on behalf of participants.
If you require handouts, drinking water, or other materials, please prepare them in advance on your own.

Please note that the symposium may not be approved if ethical issues are identified, or if the number of proposals exceeds available capacity.
The presentation must be in English.
You will be asked to submit the first and last name and professional affiliation of the presenter(s).
Please create your poster in A0 size.

For poster sessions, the conference will provide poster boards.
Presenters are expected to display their posters and related materials for the designated period and engage in free discussion with participants.
There will be no session chair assigned.
Presenters are expected to be present at their poster during a designated core time of approximately 45 minute.
Please put up your poster before 16:00 on the day of the poster session.
After the poster session ends at 17:30, please remove your poster by yourself.
