The 5th Transnational Meeting on TEA

We are pleased to call for proposals and participation for the 5th Transnational Meeting on TEA, organized by Tatsuya Sato (Ritsumeikan University), held as a conference in Ritsumeikan University, Osaka, Japan. Participation and presentation fee is free.

All participants, including the presenters, are required to register using the forms below to send the link. The deadline is January 15thth24thth, 2023.

Those who wish to give a presentation (poster presentation and symposium presentation) must submit their proposals. Please read the guideline carefully before submission.

The guideline for proposal submission

I. Key dates (Japan Standard Time is used for all meeting activities)

II. Poster presentation

・ The presentation must be in English.

・ You will be asked to submit the first and last name and professional affiliation of the presenter(s).

・ When you prepare your poster, please download the template [A0 Size] from <https://sites.google.com/view/teaconference/poster-template> and follow the instruction written there.

・ Please do not forget to register for participation. Proposal submission is separate from the participation registration.

III. Symposium presentation

· The language of the presentation may be either in English or in Japanese.

· You may use 120 min at maximum.

· You must run the symposium on your own.

· You will be asked to submit the first and last name and professional affiliation of the presenter(s) along with the title and summary (max 150 words) of your presentation. If your presentation is in Japanese, you must provide the title both in English and Japanese. The summary may be only in Japanese.

· Please do not forget to register for participation. Proposal submission is separate from the participation registration.
