Abstract

The Applied Employment Skills Package (AESP) provides a framework for students to undertake employment-relevant activities and to showcase these to potential employers on their CV. The multidisciplinary AESP team work collaboratively to deliver relevant workshops and student experiences enabling business students to demonstrate leadership capabilities and technical skills. Students have the opportunity to work with AESP staff to design their own career skills and embed their experience through a cycle of reflection and feedback using real-world technology tools to establish confidence in using digital skills.
