Digital Workspace introduction 

Digital Workspace is an initiative aimed at bringing consistency and to simplify the way we work, as a direct response to staff feedback captured in 2022.  

By fostering consistent ways of using our daily platforms and systems, alongside the implementation of innovative productivity techniques and a robust support and training program, Digital Workspace's mission is to free our academic staff from administrative burdens, allowing them to excel in what they do best: teaching and learning. 

Upcoming session - Empowering Academics: Streamlining Teaching Preparation with Digital Workspace 

Discover the transformative power of Digital Workspace (DW) tools and its potential to enhance collaboration and communication for academics. In this session we will explore how DW tools enable academics to foster seamless interactions with colleagues in the design, development, and reflection of their teaching activities. Save time by streamlining: 

• Sharing of lesson plans and marking guides with your teaching team 

• Collaborative editing of teaching materials prior to MyLO upload 

• Ad hoc communication with your teaching team throughout the semester
