ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! My name is Junlang Pu and I am an M.Ed. student in the Languages and Literatures Education Program in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at the University of Toronto. And I also got a bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.

I have some experience in teaching Chinese as a second language. I teach Filipino teenagers online as a part-time job. I also served as the class adviser and Chinese teacher in a Chinese-learning summer camp for teenagers from different countries including the Philippines, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and so on.

As a novice teacher, I have racked my brain to find teaching resources through various means in order to make my lessons lively and engaging. I know I am not the only one who struggles with it, especially during pandemic times. This website is something I have wanted to do for a long time. I compile some of the teaching materials that I use regularly and that are popular with my students to share with anyone who needs them.
