Students will need to invest their time, retain interests and practice the language effectively for best results.

Shu Laoshi observes, profiles each individual student and balances her approaches accordingly:

1. Be comfortable in class but pay attention during lessons, no chit-chatting.

2. Behave and participate appropriately to gather more reward points.

3. Finish your given homework, avoid using your time in class to complete overdue homework.
