The Phoenix Branch of Teach for Speech was founded in 2023, to bring easier access to public speaking programs like Speech and Debate to younger students in the Arizona community.

Prisha Yelamanchili
Prisha is a rising junior at BASIS Chandler. This is her third year competing in varsity Speech and Debate, and she is the captain of her high school debate team. She loves public speaking, firmly believing in mentoring and empowering youth. Apart from debate, Prisha enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends, and trying new food.

Aarohi Deshmane
Aarohi is a rising senior at BASIS Chandler. They are passionate about public speaking and they are the Interp captain of their Speech and Debate team. They also enjoy desert hikes and playing the piano.
