PRIVACY POLICY — TEA & COFFEE

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tea & Coffee mobile application ("App", "we", "us", "our"), published by ATA Forge ("Developer"), collects, uses, shares and safeguards information when you use the App on iOS or Android.
By using the App you agree to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App is designed to work offline and minimizes data collection. We collect only the following:
2.1 Information you provide
• Language preference — the language you select inside the App.
• Theme preference — light/dark mode selection.
• Favorites — beverage IDs you mark as favorite (stored on your device).
• Notification preferences — your toggles for daily reminders, new-content alerts, etc.
• Consent choices — your responses to the in-app consent dialog.
All of the above is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and Expo SecureStore. It is not transmitted to our servers (we do not operate a user database).
2.2 Information collected automatically
• Device identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) — used by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertising.
• Approximate technical data the operating system provides to ad and purchase SDKs (device model, OS version, country/region, app version).
• Crash diagnostics generated by the OS when the App is unstable. These reports are non-identifying.
2.3 Information collected by third-party SDKs
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — Advertising — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — Subscription processing — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play — Purchase processing — Apple/Google policies apply
We do not integrate Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or similar profiling SDKs.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the limited information described above to:
• Provide the App's core functionality (saving your favorites, language, theme).
• Deliver and measure advertising (only via AdMob, only if you consent to personalized ads).
• Process subscription purchases (via Apple, Google, RevenueCat).
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability.
• Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. LEGAL BASES (GDPR / UK GDPR USERS)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
• Consent — for personalized advertising and any optional analytics.
• Legitimate interest — for non-personalized advertising, anonymous diagnostics, and app stability.
• Contractual necessity — for purchase processing.
• Legal obligation — for tax, fraud, and regulatory compliance.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at hello@ataforge.com so we can delete it.
6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We share information only with the third-party SDK operators listed in section 2.3, and only as required for them to perform their service. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The third-party SDKs may process data in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
8. DATA RETENTION
• On-device data (favorites, preferences) is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage.
• Advertising and purchase data held by third-party SDKs is retained under those operators' policies.
• We do not maintain a server-side user database, so we have no user records to retain or delete on our side.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
• Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection (GDPR / UK GDPR).
• Know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing (CCPA / CPRA — California).
• Access, correction, deletion (KVKK — Türkiye).
• App Tracking Transparency opt-out (iOS 14.5+).
To exercise rights related to data stored on your device, you can:
• Clear the App's local storage in your device settings, or
• Uninstall the App.

10. SECURITY
We rely on iOS/Android platform security, HTTPS for all network requests, Expo SecureStore for sensitive on-device values, and reputable third-party SDKs. No system is 100% secure; please contact us if you discover a vulnerability.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-App or via the App Store / Google Play listing. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
