Topological Data Analysis and its Applications for Medical Data

This workshop is a half-day event with invited speakers, a panel discussion, and poster/oral presentations. The event brings together mathematicians, biomedical engineers, computer scientists, and medical doctors for the purpose of showing the strength of using TDA-based tools for medical data analysis. We welcome submissions that present how TDA-based techniques could be employed to tackle interesting problems in several areas of medical data computing and computer-assisted intervention.
