By downloading or using OverMate, you agree to these Terms of Use.
OverMate is a cricket scoring application — the cricket umpire's pocket scorer. It lets you set up a match, score it live ball-by-ball (runs, extras and wickets, with undo and redo), automatically switch innings and track the chase target and result, choose a match length of 5, 10, 20 or any number of overs up to 90, and save every completed match to your match history.
You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its services
Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code
Copy, modify, or misuse any part of the app or its branding
Misrepresent your relationship with the app or developer
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Some features of OverMate allow you to create or store content such as team names, match setups, ball-by-ball scoring data, and saved match history.
This content is stored on your device, and you are solely responsible for the content you create and store within the app.
OverMate may offer optional premium subscriptions.
Subscription payments are charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
The developer of OverMate does not have the ability to directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
OverMate is designed with privacy in mind. Most app data remains stored locally on your device.
Please review the Privacy Policy for additional details regarding data handling and app usage.
All rights, title, and interest in OverMate, including its name, design, interface, graphics, logo, icons, text, features, and other app materials, belong to the developer or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of OverMate without prior permission.
Any content you create inside the app, such as habits, notes, or custom quotes, remains your own content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about OverMate may be used to improve the app without any obligation to compensate you.
The app and its features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The developer is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services or platform providers.
OverMate is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The app is an aid for scoring and officiating and is not a substitute for the official scorer or the umpire's judgment; the developer does not guarantee the accuracy of any score, result, or calculation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
