⭐ Abstract submission deadline : August 15, 2025

⭐ Acceptance notifications will be sent by August 30, 2025. 

  ● Abstract submission will be managed entirely through our electronic system.

  ● Please follow the guidelines provided in the submission workflow. 

  ● Due to the high number of participants, each first author may present a maximum of 

     two talks in different symposia. However, you may be the first author of multiple posters

     and a co-author of multiple talks. The first author must be registered for the meeting.

  ● Abstracts must be submitted through the abstract submission system.

  ● To submit an abstract, you must log in to the system.               

  ● The title should be limited to 200 characters, including spaces.

  ● The abstract text should be limited to 2,500 characters, including spaces. 

  ● Your abstract should contain only text; keywords, references, and figures are not 

     allowed.

  ● Follow the submission steps by selecting the appropriate session. You may choose 

     between Oral and Poster presentations.

  ● The next step will direct you to the authors' page (each abstract may include up to 10

     authors, with one institutional affiliation per author). Fill in the form as required.

  ● At the end of the process, you will be redirected to a summary page, where you can either confirm your submission or return to edit your content.

Once your submission is finalized, it will be reviewed by the organizers, and a confirmation email will be sent to you later.
