Thank you for your interest in purchasing a puppy from T&C Maltese. We are excited that you are taking the first steps to become part of the T&C Maltese Family. To Join our waiting list or place a process fee & reservation deposit on a puppy, we must have a puppy application on file for you. In order to determine your eligibility for a puppy from T&C Maltese, It is important to learn some things about you and the environment into which the puppy will be placed. Please complete the puppy application with as many details as possible. Once you have summited your application, I will contact you within 24 hours. We will schedule a phone interview. We will discuss puppies currently available or puppies that will be available soon. If you’re already a member of T&C Maltese family & have purchased one or more of our pups in the past & would like to grow your pack, there is no need to fill out a puppy application. You can reach out to me directly to discuss your options & preferences.

At T&C Maltese, we value families who plan ahead and commit to our program. Your early commitment helps us carefully plan our breeding program while ensuring each puppy has a loving home waiting for them.
At T&C Maltese, we value families who plan ahead and commit to our program. Your early commitment helps us carefully plan our breeding program while ensuring each puppy has a loving home waiting for them.
I am a small in home Maltese breeder who only breeds one or two times a year. I do not have a lot of puppies each year, so joining our waitlist is the best way to ensure you get a puppy from us! There is a $80 Waitlist fee. The waitlist fee is NOT applied to the price of a puppy. In order to join our waitlist, you are required to complete a puppy application for consideration. I will review your application and contact you for a phone interview. After you have been approved for a puppy I will email you a copy of the puppy purchase contract for you to read (There is no need to sign at that time). The puppy purchase contract will be signed by both the buyer and I the day of pick up. Once you have joined the waitlist you can roll over to the next litter if you like, You can do this 3 times. The people on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as the puppies are born, in the order they paid their waitlist fee. At that point you can pay your process fee & reservation deposit. I will allow you 6 hours to reply back to me, if I don’t hear from you I will move to the next person in line.

As a breeder who is always working towards breeding top notch dogs for health and beauty, I reserve the right to pick a male or female from any litter before anyone on my wait list chooses a puppy. So I am ALWAYS first pick. I appreciate your understanding and I know you realize the importance of building a quality breeding program.

Process Fee & Reservation Deposit

By paying a process fee & reserving Deposit, it helps us plan accordingly and ensure that a puppy is reserved for you. A $200 process fee & reserving deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The process fee & reservation deposit will be applied towards the final purchase price of the puppy. the process fee & reservation deposits will not be accepted until puppies are born. A process fee & reservation deposit agreement will be signed by both the buyer and the Breeder.
