If you are picking up your puppy from our home, the remaining balance is due on the scheduled pickup date.
We kindly require cash payment at pickup.

Each puppy is assigned a specific pickup date to ensure they are ready for their transition. We ask that you pick up your puppy on this scheduled date.

If you are unable to do so, please notify us at least two weeks in advance so we can make arrangements.

Extended Stay Fee:
If your puppy remains in our care beyond the agreed pickup date, a $25 per day fee will apply.

Please note, we always prioritize the well-being of our puppies. If we feel a puppy would benefit from staying longer, we will communicate this with you.

For added convenience, we also offer local delivery or meet-up options.

We are located in Victorville, California, and can:

• Deliver directly to your home

• Meet at a mutually agreed location

Delivery Pricing:

• Inland Empire (IE): starting at $100

• Los Angeles & San Diego areas: starting at $150

Final pricing may vary based on distance.

If you need your puppy to stay with us a little longer, we are happy to accommodate when possible.

Boarding Fees:

• $25 per day

• $150 per week

Any additional costs (such as vaccines, deworming, or vet care) during this time will be added as needed.

Boarding fees must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.

During Their Extended Stay:

While in our care, your puppy will continue to receive:

• Daily love, attention, and socialization

• Continued alfalfa litter box training

• A safe, nurturing, in-home environment

Your puppy will be just as loved and cared for as always—spoiled included.
