• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved.

• Treasure Coast Fashion Week reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to circumstances beyond its control.

7. Media Release; attendance at Treasure Coast Fashion Week events constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, editorial, educational, or archival purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasure Coast Fashion Week LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, participation in events, or reliance on website content.
