I’m Marit Woods-Frank, founder of ARWAY LLC. a brand built at the intersection of my passions, experiences, and purpose.
ARWAY LLC. brings together fashion, wellness, community support, and consulting into one unified vision; spanning culturally inspired luxury bags, fitness experiences, companion adventure, and strategic business support. Each branch is rooted in impact, empowerment, and value.
With a background in project management, client engagement, and service delivery, I focus on creating accessible, high-quality services that connect with diverse communities. My global experiences, traveling to over 25+ countries, continues to shape how I build and serve.
I hold a Master’s in Intercultural, Leadership, and Management with a concentration in Sustainable Development and Conflict Transformation, along with a Bachelor’s in Sociology Law, Criminology, and Deviance and Youth Studies. My career spans strategic roles in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, where I successfully supported workforce transformation, conflict mediation, and program development for over 35 clients.
At my core, I value growth and connection, and I’m driven by conversations that inspire meaningful change.
