Marit has worked in and visited over 20 countries, is fluent in English and conversational in French, and brings a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics and project implementation.

Marit holds a Master’s in Intercultural, Leadership, and Management with a concentration in Sustainable Development and Conflict Transformation, along with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Youth Studies. Her career spans strategic roles in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, where she has successfully supported workforce transformation, conflict mediation, and program development for over 35 clients.
