Thetford Center Community Association
A Vermont Non-Profit organization formed under the laws of the State of Vermont on June 18th, 1962.
TCCA cares for, manages, maintains and is responsible for the Thetford Center Community Building - the former one-room schoolhouse located across from the Thetford Town Offices. This historic building can be rented for private or public events and is also used to serve the community.
TCCA relies on donations and rental fees to maintain the building so that it is available to the community.

2024 Fees
Private Event Fees:
Weekends (F-Sun and Holidays)
$75 Morning: Before 1pm (any amount of time)
$100 Afternoon/Evening: After 1pm (any amount of time)
$150 All Day rental
Weekdays (M-Th)
$50 Weekday Mornings (until 1PM)
$50 Weekday Afternoons ( 1-5PM)
$50 Weekday Evenings (M-Th) (after 5PM)
$100 Full Day
Memorial Services- no charge
For public events, meetings, ongoing classes, hardship, and for shorter weekday rentals:
