Register as a participant

Application to participate to the workshop "Thermal CFTs and Black Hole Physics", which will be held in Kolymvari (Crete), from the 25th to the 29th of May 2026.

It is possible to apply until the 30th of April 2026. Every application will be reviewed before being accepted.

You can apply for a 5 minutes gong show, for a poster, or for both.

Food and accommodation will be provided by the Orthodox Academy of Crete, where the event will take place. 

If you choose to arrange your own accommodation, breakfast and lunch will still be provided at the venue; therefore, each participant is required to pay €80 per day for catering. If you choose to stay at the Academy, this cost is included in the daily fee. 

You can apply for a financial support to your participation. Every funding demand will be reviewed before being accepted.
