FREE GIS RESOURCES -- A Message from the Metro GIS Presenters:
Esri MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) are 4- to 6-week-long, self-paced courses that allow you to explore the software and topics it covers. With the MOOCs you are provided free access to the software needed to complete the course.
Free learning plans, videos, and tutorials are found in Esri Academy's Course Catalog. Find the “free” checkbox to filter the 13 pages of free material they have to offer. There may be Instructor-Led Courses that cost money in the free learning plans, but there is still an abundance of great information in the surrounding courses within them.

For all the engineering enthusiasts – I recommend they take a look at the webinar we did earlier this year discussing the bullet train sonic boom, electrification and safety of running and stopping a high-speed rail train. I’ve had many college professors note that this is one of the best webinars for high-speed rail engineering they have been able to find for their students 😊
