Take Back Your Mind UK remains unwavering in its mission and ambitions. We're actively expanding our internal operations to amplify our impact across the nation.
Each Director will be assigned a role tailored to their experience, but don't worry—there's always room to learn and grow! Applicants can also opt for the designation(s) they want.
As a Director, you will collaborate closely with fellow Directors and our Chief Executive to steer our organisation towards greater operational efficiency and strategic development. Your role is integral to our mission of driving the organisation forward, and your expertise will play a key part in shaping our future.
At TBYM, we are dedicated to enhancing the volunteer experience, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is reflected not only within our internal operations but also in the impact we make in the community.
We are committed to ambitious growth, and the leadership of our Directors is crucial to reaching our goals. Your designation, leadership, vision, and creativity will help us navigate challenges ahead and seize new opportunities. Together, we will build a stronger, more dynamic organisation that continues to excel in all that we do.
As a Director, you will have access to a variety of tools and resources that are essential for leading your department and fulfilling your responsibilities. While the Board of Directors has overarching access to all internal tools and resources, your focus will be on those specific to your area of work.
Each department is equipped with its own set of tools and resources, tailored to support its unique functions and managed by the department manager. These tools are designed to enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and facilitate project management.
In your role, you will primarily utilise the tools and resources relevant to your designated area. Each department operates within a system known as a 'Complex,' a tool used to manage projects, track tasks, and coordinate team efforts. This is central to ensuring that departmental activities align with the organisation's overall mission and objectives.
While you have the ability to access resources from other departments if needed, your main interaction will be within your own Complex, allowing you to focus on your core responsibilities and contribute effectively to the organisation's success by setting appropriate strategies and guiding the department.
