Highly committed, and eligible for leadership roles.
Commonly achieved and exceeded by Directors and the Chief Executive.
Digital badges or titles in emails/groups (e.g., "Champion Volunteer").
Shoutouts in newsletters and social media.
Letters/Certificates of appreciation.
Special mentions at events or volunteer meetings.
Invitation to give input on improvements for the organisation.
