26th July saw our church family gathered together to participate in a picnic in the park at Cawthorne Park. It was a great day with fine weather. Everybody joined in and the feedback was very positive.

Harry Clayson visited us to tells his story about life
and how it can be positively changed for the better through Jesus. He spoke about the challenges that he had growing up and how everything changed once he sought the Lord as his saviour.
In July we are aiming to hold a week of evangelism where we will be visiting houses in the local community to share the Gospel - The good news about Jesus.
In June we got together for a week of worship. Visitors attended member's homes throughout the week for prayer and thanksgiving. Some venue were packed but we managed to squeeze everyone into the room. Prayers took place followed by refreshments.
The Ladies Easter Craft Event, similar to last year was, a huge success. This had high attendance levels for a popular yearly event.
The crafts were varied and suited a variety of abilities and ages.Flower arranging, basket making and other crafts. The feedback was hugely positive similar to the previous events. This event was free and all resources were provided. This has proved to be extremely positive so watch out for next year's similar event.
