Anchored on its mission to educate and mobilize learners, YES-O develops meaningful programs that respond to real environmental issues, strengthens partnerships with government and non-government organizations, and cultivates responsible values and attitudes among its members.

VISION

The Organization envisions a community of empowered youth leaders who champion environmental awareness, take purposeful action through sustainable programs, and inspire others to protect and restore the Philippine environment. We envision united schools and communities working together and guided by strong values, responsible attitudes, and collaborative partnerships to build a greener, healthier, and more resilient future for all.

MISSION

The Organization aims to to educate and empower learners to understand the state of the Philippine environment, respond to ecological issues through meaningful and doable programs, and promote sustainable action within the school and the community. We strive to build partnerships with government and non-government organizations, foster active youth and community participation, and cultivate values, skills, and attitudes that nurture a culture of environmental responsibility and stewardship.

YES-O carries out its mandate through the following objectives:

To promote environmental awareness by understanding the state of the Philippine environment and sharing this awareness with others.
To establish specific, doable programs, projects, and activities that address environmental and ecological issues within the school and community.
To build networks and partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and other YES-O groups in the division and region for support, collaboration, and shared advocacy.
To encourage community participation through activities that inspire collective action and strengthen involvement in environmental movements.
To develop proper environmental values, skills, and attitudes among members and stakeholders, cultivating a culture of responsibility and stewardship.
