Guiding Light

Blind-accessible adventure RPG created in Unreal Engine 5

Released: November 2023 (prototype)
Role: Lead Producer

As Lead Producer, I managed a team of 8 by facilitating weekly team meetings and preparing meeting agendas, aiding in the effective communication between programmers, level designers, writers, and artists. I assisted in backlog generation and the management of a Kanban board using Miro while regularly communicating with the team to establish project priorities, identify and remove blockers, and keep the project on track. The prototype of this game was submitted to Themed Horror Game Jam #15 and is currently in continued development.

Narrative-driven, turn-based RPG created in Unity

Released: May 2023
Role: Producer

As producer on this project, I facilitated the iterative development of a turn-based RPG over 3 months. I managed tasks and the backlog using Jira, led sprint planning and retrospectives, and monitored team progress and project scope. Additionally, I assisted with editing the writing, co-managed a marketing campaign, and spearheaded community building across various platforms.

Riddle Me Kiss

Point-and-click riddle game created in Ren'Py

Released: May 2023
Role: Producer

Created for the Narrative-Driven Game Jam #12, I recruited an international team to create a polished, narrative-focused game with full voiceover and original music in 10 days. I facilitated team meetings, developed and communicated the project plan, and utilized Trello to track tasks.

The Stranger

A branching narrative game made in Twine

Released: June 2023
Role: Producer, Narrative Designer

I facilitated the ideation process and helped construct the overall narrative for this game. I kept the team on track to complete a finished narrative experience with multiple endings in under 4 days for Adventure Jam 2023.

Role: Producer

I led a team of 5 in collaborative ideation and development of a completed game in 10 days for WonderJam 5. I managed the backlog and ongoing tasks and facilitated progress update meetings.
