These are my teaching principles that are specific to OEE
Taylor hopes to be apart of an enthusiastic and supportive work environment. She aspires to foster meaningful relationships in the workplace and ensure co-collaboration between colleagues and students. She believes reconstructing education in a way that normalizes and encourages failure. Students should not be discouraged by the fear of failing, for it amounts to meaningful learning experiences.
She is committed to making students feel safe and welcomed when stepping into the classroom. Taylor also believes that educators have a duty to build supportive networks outside of the classroom wherever possible. We are community leaders, as well as life long learners.
